Ringtones Save the Day

A ringing cell phone can be a really irritating sound. Many people find it obnoxious if a cell phone rings during specific times.
These times include:
1. Keeping your cell phone on in a cinema. Progressively more irritating would be if the cell phone rings, and then the guilty party answers the phone from his movie seat
